   A: The portal aims at transfering at the local level the main principle of the Romania Country Gateway: to reach a shared vision among all development actors (local authorities, industries, civil society and aid agencies) is a core feature of e-development. The project is expected to show how a local partnership could lead to the creation of new capacities for sustainable economic growth and social progress in a specific area.
